Meet customers wherer ever they are

We have all types of customers in all types of places. #CustomerService is about catering to their needs. 

Internal #customers (like #CEO, #manager, and other departments) have different needs than external customers (#consumers, #clients, #shareholders, shippers, etc.)

The one common thing is that they all crave personal attention and recognition.

Meeting them where they are is about understanding their #needs, #resources, timelines, and scenarios well enough to deliver what they didn’t even know to tell you.

It is about delivering an experience that leaves a #positive and personal impression that will be remembered long after any transaction.
