Build culture on purpose


Be #intentional.

Sure, many business cultures are built on the fly, by accident, and without much deliberate thought. Sometimes they even manage to produce great #products and #systems. But the best cultures are built over time and under careful directives. They exist to #grow, #inspire others, protect themselves, and accomplish specific tasks.

Be #mindful.

In order to integrate into someone’s personality and/or lifestyle, a #culture must resonate with their current belief systems while simultaneously amplifying their activity. #Money, #sales, #marketshare, etc. too often fail to connect enough people or inspire them to effectively work together.

A specific and compelling #purpose provides necessary context to allow a world class #business culture to thrive no matter what the market conditions are.
