#Leadership is movement… towards a known goal/objective or away from an undesirable status quo.
It takes #vision, confidence, and competence to recognize it is possible for ‘something better’ even though there is zero evidence of its existence.
#Movement starts with #communication. Sharing ideas #connects people and allows them to discover ways their dreams overlap.
Leadership in the 21st Century is more about moving together (towards shared dreams) than about formal titles or position.
#Move swiftly, #learn constantly, #serve sincerely, and #dream boldly.
